Mevagissey 'Joncel' is a Self Catering 1st floor flat, situated just a few minutes walk from Mevagissey Harbour and its narrow windy streets, shops, pubs and restaurants. |

It is situated in an elevated position, on the fringe of and overlooking the historic fishing village of Mevagissey. Access to the flat is by means of its own private staircase, which, unfortunatly makes it unsuitable for guests with any kind of walking difficulties or very young children. It has large private gardens to both the front and rear, with patio seating and garden furniture. There is a stepped path leading down through the sloping lawn, which takes you down towards the village. The accommodation has two bedrooms, one double bedded room and one twin. The double bedroom looks out across the attractive garden, whilst the twin room, offers views of the garden and out across the picture postcard village. The living area is attractively fitted out and has a TV/freeview, DVD player, books and games. You are also able to use our wireless internet connection. The kitchen has all you need to cater for yourself, including electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and seating for four guests. Access to a washer/dryer is also available. Additionally there is a shower room with toilet, washbasin, shaver point and shower cubicle. | ||

and we supply all bed linen and towels. Additionally we are able to offer 'evening child minding', subject to prior notice. Mevagissey, is a labyrinth of narrow streets and limited parking, but you are able to park your car here at the flat free of charge for the duration of your stay with us. Booking with Us:- We require a deposit of 10% which is non-returnable, with the remaining balance due 28 days prior to arrival. Booking is from Saturday to Saturday, with arrival please not before 3:00pm, and we do ask that our guests please vacate by 10:00am on the morning of departure. Tariffs March to October 2008 Weekly Rates from £200 - £350 depending on Month Short breaks are available for 3 - 4 nights in early / late season £180 - £250 There are no additional booking fees or VAT.
