It is situated on the outskirts of St Austell town, within easy reach of the railway & bus station and walking distance to local shops, restaurants, pubs, harbour and beach. Being on the South coast and very central, the whole county is within easy reach. The attractions are too numerous to mention, but we will be only too pleased to share our local knowledge with you and recommend places of interest. Singles, Doubles and Twins to Family Rooms, all with television and complimentary refreshment trays. All rooms are either en-suite or have private bathrooms. The bedrooms are all equipped with modern televisions and DVD players and wireless internet access is available in all rooms. There is also a ground floor double en-suite room. Children are welcome and catered for. We have family rooms for up to 4 guests. A cot and highchair are also available. There is a lovely quiet lounge for adults to sit and relax in. We serve "Traditional Breakfasts" along with Fresh Fruits, bio Yoghurts and Fruit Juices which are served in our smart dining room. Special diets can be catered for with advance notice. We have front and rear private car parking facilities for our guests and are also able to offer secure storage for motorcycles and bicycles. From: £25.00 to £35.00 per person per night, £30 - £45 single occupancy which includes a full English Breakfast.
