![]() Trewithen Garden is predominantly a spring woodland garden, although also home to a spectacular array of Magnolias, Camellias, and Rhododendrons. Tree Ferns, Azaleas and Acers can also be found surrounding a sunken garden, whilst further exploration will uncover a beautiful walled garden and pool. Surrounding all this, you will find a beautifully landscaped parkland. Trewithen House, one of the most elegant Georgian houses in Cornwall, with his tree boarded lawned front garden, originates back to the 17th century. However, between 1715-1750 it was re-architectured by Sir Robert Taylor and Thomas Edwards and remains just that way today. |
