It is situated in an idyllic position, just on the harbour front in the popular village of St Mawes. Access to the apartment is by means of its own private staircase from street level and due to its elevated position, it is very private, away from passers by and noise from cars. It has its own terraced garden to the rear, with pond, garden furniture and BBQ. St Mawes is a 'water lovers' dream..... you can sit by the open sash windows, hear the waves splashing below, watch the boats and wildlife and all from the comfort of your holiday home....... St Mawes is also ideally situated, for visiting all areas of Cornwall and of course its famous gardens, most of which are much less than 1 hours drive away...... you can even catch the boat from the harbour to three popular gardens.....
The accommodation sleeps 2/4 and is ideal for two couples sharing. There are two bedrooms, the Master Bedroom with shower room, which occupies the whole of the second floor, offering fantastic views out over the harbour..... whilst the lower floor is home to the twin bedroom. This floor also contains the luxurious lounge and dining room, which spans the entire front of the property, offering once again those wonderful views..... Guests spend many an hour on the window seats, with the binoculars (provided) just watching life go by....... In the evenings you can relax on our comfy six foot Laura Ashley sofa, or play our baby grand piano.... The open plan kitchen has all you need to cater for yourself, including all top brand domestic essentials..... The main bathroom is also on this floor, along with a study and utility room, which leads out into your own garden...... | |||||

All electricity usage is included in the tariff.... Booking with Us:- We require a deposit of 20% which is non-returnable, with the remaining balance due 28 days prior to arrival. Booking is from Sunday to Sunday, with arrival please not before 3:00pm, and we do ask that our guests please vacate by 10:00am on the morning of departure. Tariffs May to September 2008 Weekly Rates from £525 - £990 depending on Month There are no additional booking fees or VAT. Please note - Victoria House is a strictly Non Smoking establishment.....
